You'll apply.
You'll talk with Human Resources who is really kind.
You will have an interview with two open-minded supervisors.
Then you will wait for a bit. They will evaluate if you meet the job criteria and then you'll be informed either way.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CICOA (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2020
Interview
Phone call from HR recruiter. Then scheduled zoom meeting with trainers for the following week. Interviewers asked few basic questions about my background. They weren't too easy going, felt very stiff during interview. I had a list of questions to ask about training, hourly status and productivity levels. They require you to document what you are doing every 15 minutes and are required to show this for at least 30 units (approx 7 hours a day). They also pay hourly, you must meet a ton of deadlines. This job is remote currently due to COVID but would normally be a home based position. Mileage reimbursement rate is very low, 34 cents per mile I believe they stated. They do offer a stipend for cellphone and provide a company hot spot and laptop. They only service Marion county and the surrounding pockets.
Following the interview they simply state you'll Receive email back from HR. It was a very generic email and I got it within 3 days of interviewing.
They do hire in segments and host training classes each month. They host 2 training classes a month. Currently being done remotely. The training period lasts 90 days, they stick you with a mentor for awhile. They use Team 365 to do their meetings and you will see the mentors screen during the meeting to follow along. They slowly build your caseload after your standard office requirement trainings are finished.
