Two sets of interviews over zoom - One initial interview with two of the higher-ups, which was friendly and mainly behavioral type questions. The second interview was also behavioral with some questions about valuations process knowledge with the team I would potentially be working with (~7-8 people, one of which was one of the people from the first interview.) They each took turns asking questions but it seemed like they did not communicate much on what they were going to ask. One or two questions were not related to the job itself, but had to do with if I had joined any business fraternities during college, which I did not like. Some of the people interviewing also seemed to be distracted and doing other things. I decided to not continue with this company.
