Phone interview was okay actually was told I was getting a second interview but didn’t reach out for a few weeks so I ended up finding elsewhere and then had to decline the second interview
The first interview was a quick one on one phone call asking basic interview questions and job expectations. The schedule and hourly rate offered was also discussed . I was asked my strengths and weaknesses as well as a difficult time at work and how I overcame that.

Phone interview first, then in person. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions. Interview is somewhat long for the position but they will go over everything. No answer on the spot, have to wait to hear from HR
