I found the interview process to be unorganized and confusing. My first interview was held by two employees who asked me really standard/general questions it seemed like they googled 15 minutes before I came such as "what is your biggest flaw". They were nice enough and the interview only took about 25 minutes. I was contacted shortly after and was told that they liked me as a candidate and were going to give me the job. I was also asked to come in the next week. I assumed this was to begin working but it turns out it was for a second interview with the CEO (would have been nice to know in advance). Instead I was called on the day of and asked to come in half an hour later, because the CEO was running late and that I would have my second interview with her. When I arrived, the CEO was the only person in the office and she was on the phone and I was told to wait, which I did for another half hour. Then she proceeded to tell me about the role I would have with the company and how excited she was that I was joining. This second interview took about 20 minutes. Over the next month I received weekly emails about how they planned on sending me a formal offer, which never ended up coming. When I inquired with the CEO, she did not respond, and when I inquired with one of the employees who interviewed me, he said "that is strange" and said he would look into it, and now two months later I have not heard from him either. Overall a pretty disappointing experience, if they were not hiring they should have said so instead of wasting my time when I could have been working somewhere else. Disappointed with the level of professionalism, sounded like they had a lot of cool projects.
