Interview
I applied online, had a phone screen with the recruiter who was based out of Minnesota. I then did a bit more research on the firm and how it came to be what it was (wish I had done more looking back). The interview was an hour and a half long with a manager and partner, went really well, basically a one-and-done. Got the offer letter within two days of the interview.

Kind, nice and good quality questions. Just a basic question you can guess. Recommend to prepare before interview. Two step interview. One with human resource team and other with manager

Completed a phone screening consisting of tell me about yourself, weakness/strength, why are you interested in the firm and accounting. Got set up with 2nd interview via teams with 2 other recruiters. All were very friendly and engaging. Seem like they were actually interested in getting to know you and gave feedback and their own personal experiences.
