Interview
A one-hour online SHL assessment covering both video interview as well as aptitude and reasoning questions. The interview lasts for 20 minutes and has around 4-5 questions. The assessment has mixed questions, including verbal and numerical reasoning, pattern recognition etc.

A basic video call with HR and team member that lasts around 30 minutes. Involves motivational and some competency-based questions regarding the role being applied for, and questions on CV.
After submitting internship application in Feb, one interview with manager and HR only in April. Only manager will ask question during the interview. Offers are out soon after the interview.
