Great interview process, going up the chain from Program Manager all the way up to MD. Difficult process as you need to interpret the needs of their org, Not open to change initiatives, very much looking for someone that will dissect current structure.

Interview
Applied via a recruiter. Interview process took about a month. First round with hiring manager, followed by 3 other in person rounds at their office on the same day. Finally a last interview with HR over a call, but this was more just to recap how I felt over the whole process and to discuss terms.
Overall very nice people, clear expectations.
