I was asked to come in for a first round interview for an hour, it went for an hour and a half, and was then asked back for a second round interview about two weeks later(with a few other candidates) where it was evident I was just making up the numbers, as I basically got the same questions from the first round over again.
It says a lot about an employer who does not give an applicant who has taken time out from their current role to go through the interview process ANY callback, and then when prompted for constructive feedback, blatantly ignore the communication.
I consider this a bullet dodged.
The vibe I got was that it is a family ran business which they liked to promote, however it seemed like a very toxic, top down leadership style from the 80's, and given my experience, I can only imagine how poor the communication would be.
