Interview
The process consisted of an initial phone call with the recruiter. Following that I met with the Service Desk Manager as well as the Digital Strategy Director for a meeting via zoom where we discussed my qualifications and previous experience relevant to the role.

They asked me how I handled feedback/constructive criticism?
