Interview
I put in my application at the beginning of May and had a phone screening within the next week. I was then brought in for an onsite interview at the end of May and was notified that I was hired in early June.

There were many questions concerning safety and project management that took up the bulk of the interview.

Interview
Phone screening with very basic questions. Brought in for a interview. All 20+ applicants sat in a room and were given a presentation by HR and the drilling managers. Then each applicant was called in one at a time into a group interview session with the vp, gm, and superintendents of drilling along with an HR rep.
