COOK Trading interview questions

Got ghosted after three rounds of interview and a take-home task that took 8 hours. This company clearly does not respect applicants' time. Interview questions are around the average difficulty for the role.

Not really a typical interview process. Uses Job Centre organised jobs fair to sign people up. Asked to attend an 'interview' that was in fact an application and induction process in a single day. They relied on the fact you can't turn down the employment without sanctions on UC. Kinda dishonest and using the benefits system against people.
