COPS Monitoring interview questions

When I interview a potential employee, I am looking for an individual who cares about the well being of others. The job at COPS Monitoring is about being a human lifeline at the moment of greatest fear, need and concern in the subscriber's life.

Very easy going and detailed. Once confirmed for an interview, you’re greeted at the front desk by Flo who always has a big smile on her face. They ask you questions to ensure you can handle talking over the phone and run scenarios of situations, but they make light and kind conversation in the process.
