CORDENTAL Group interview questions

Unfortunately, unprofessional , sloppy and last minute hiting practices. I was contacted by the actual office the day after i submitted my resume , then nothing... three weeks later i received a call from a corporate HR person who then told me to hang tight that she really wanted me but she had " a previous commitment back in the home state of the company " so our meeting would take place the week after, but promises of meeting the ceo prior to her leaving...then nothing, no follow up , i felt like i had to keep following up and then shw says " oh yeah, he left" . Moving on, next week came and went , i kept reaching out and the day we were to meet she texts asking " So are you still interested?" As if i was an after thought , when the week prior she was jumping through the phone at pur convo telling me how badly she wanted me. ? Then the dau of it vecame apparent that she hadnt really scheduled me a spot to interview , just that she had a very long meeting with the Docs of the office and that shed ' sneak out to meet me' in her words. Then she changed the interview from in person to virtual and she straight up told me that she extended her time in state because she had another interview following mine and thats who she was staying for. Lol what? Why even bother interviewing me?the whole process felt sloppy and disappointing after getting my hopes up but their loss. I have other offers on deck. I hope this kind of company isnt going to infiltrate the east coast.
