      Visual Keyholder Interview

      12 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at COS in Jun 2019

      Interview

I applied online and was called a week later for a casual phone interview. She asked typical situation based retail questions. The following week I received an email to attend an in person group interview to test my visual abilities. This interview took about 2 hours and I had to merchandise a small section of the store and pick out mannequin looks. Two weeks later I received a call to have a final interview with the store manager. After this interview I received an email a week later to submit paperwork for a background check as a final step in the interview process. Two weeks later I got a call with a job offer! This whole process took a couple months but they are very thorough with their hiring which I appreciate.
