Group interview with about 10 people sitting around each other
- Introduction - Introduce yourself one by one
- Group challenge and presentation about store duty priorities - set the order of duty priorities yourself then, explain the group decision after discussing it with your group
- Individual presentation of clothes matches - pick up the clothes at the shop for 10-15mins and explain your opinions depending on your scenario background story

I applied for a part-time sales advisor position via COS career webpage, and I got a phone call back a week later by the store manager. She was incredibly nice and calm, asked me a few questions about what I think about COS and how my experience has been at COS previously.
