Question 1
If an operator did not want to do an idea you suggested, how would you convince them to try?
Group panel conference call interview. Waste of my time and theirs. The entire group seemed uninterested and without personality.
Questions about company were answered - "I can't tell you that"
Questions about role - "It changes"
Questions about equipment - "I can't say"
Well...What can you say?

Interview
At first I had a screening interview via skype. From there I had two interviews at CPKelco Skensved. The first was an initial interview getting to know the company and they got to know me, we also took a tour of the plant. A couple of days after that i got called in for the second interview and was asked to fill out a personality test. At the interview we went over the results of the test and discussed wheter or not I could see myself in the conclusions the test had given. All throughout there was a very friendly and open atmosphere.
