I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CPH
Interview
Spent a lot of time in initial intake with recruiting. Recruiter was great, very knowledgeable. Then interviewed on site. Team was great. It appears as they dont do much interviewing (a good thing - more employee long term retention)
Virtual interview with 2 people, straightforward and standard questions were asked. About an hour long it was informative but seems like a lot of work for the pay based on how it was described
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CPH
Interview
Contacted via recruiter who set up interviews. They were pretty upfront with issues they were facing as a department. The job listing stated the position was fully remote and due to distance from the office a hybrid set up was a non-starter for me. I met with the team and hiring manager and felt things were going well and was excited about the opportunity. I was upfront with what I needed and indicated I wanted to respect everyone’s time prior to scheduling a final interview. Had a final interview with senior leadership and they were evasive whenever I asked about compensation package/benefits. I wound up receiving an offer for a hybrid position which I was always upfront was not an option for me. Ultimately it felt like a waste of time for everyone.
