I could tell pretty quickly I was over-qualified for the position. Very disappointing that HR can look you in the eye and tell you that they will call you on a specific date, only to ignore any contact with you after they never called back. Unprofessional at best. Even though I no longer wanted the position, have the courtesy to tell me your going to hire me or not when you promised you would. Enough time has already been wasted.
