Sent my resume and was called the next day to come in for an interview. Came in, interview lasted 45 minutes. Left the interview around 130pm and my phone range at 4pm with an offer. Thought that was great, but in hindsight, should have been a big red flag. They're desperate to find talent is what I found out.
