Initial interview with HR, then a panel from the various managers at the different locations throughout the area. Finally, a tour of the facility with more detailed questions and lots of opportunities for you to see and ask what work will be like.

They called me first for screening and then we set up an appointment for the interview. I met with a senior director and three managers, and my interview lasted one hour. The whole process from the beginning to the day I started took two months.

They did not ask technical questions. They asked typical questions such as where do you see yourself in 5 years? How did you know about us? Why do you want to work for us? Tell us about yourself? What is your senior design grade? Do you like to work in a team? How was it? Did you have problems with team members? They wanted to know my personality but I talked about my senior design project which they liked.
