CPS Group interview questions

Initial conversation with an associate director of the company. Very informal, at first to get a better understanding of the company. Moving on to the formal interviews, I had a conversation with the Director of the Contract team and the Founder. It was made very evident from the conversations I had with everyone that CPS is a company that invests in its people and this is intertwined with the core values of the business.

The interview process was great - it progressed quickly and any questions I had were answered. CPS were not pushy and allowed me to take my time in making my decision and were on hand if I had any questions.
