Very fast interviewing process. Only two interviews. The interview was mostly about knowing me as a person. The interviewers were nice. I was so nervous but after introductions they made me feel welcomed. One of the best interviews.

Four Step Process I applied for this position around early March 2022 and didn't here anything back until early April to schedule a Phone Interview. Step 1 Phone Interview: Was a pretty basic Phone Interview normal stuff phone screening stuff. Didn't here anything for another 2 weeks until I was sent an email wanting to schedule a video interview. Step 2: Video Interview with a couple of Engineers in the EE department, asked me about my Senior Project and other really simple tech questions. Most of the interview was really just an hour long advertisement on why I should work for them. The following week I was scheduled for another interview with "Leadership" employees. Step 3: "Cultural Video Interview" Basic interview telling me about the company and the area and asked how I would feel about working at the company and how I would handle it. Immediately after the interview I was scheduled for another phone call with an HR person a few days later. 4th Step Final phone call with HR person was basically asking how'd I feel the position so far and what I was expecting for compensation. The next week I got a call from the same HR person with a verbal offer and a few minutes later a formal email offer. Overall the process was pretty long but everyone I interacted with during the process was really nice and helpful
