3 rounds. 1st round with HR Executive. Ask basic questions regarding my current profile and targets. 2nd round with HR Manager. Conversation regarding the salary expectations. 3 round with Managing Director. Discussion on salary and targets. They only want business but the support to employee for getting business is zero.
