This is a consultancy not an IT company. They will invite you for a job interview and anyhow they will try their best to convince you to join their training which costs around 1.5 lacs.....so this is a trap.....I have been there so I suggest don't waste your time all the IT aspirants...

Interview
Firstly, you have to give a peronal interview where they analyse your job requirements and strengths and weakness right from your language to your resume.
Second, you have to take a qualification test. If you score above 90 percent or above in this test, they would provide you job opportunities in really good MNCs for free.
