1st step was a phone call, 2nd was a zoom meeting and 3rd was a in office interview. Great process, clear instructions. If you're good at sales, you will do fine.

One screening call with hiring team, zoom call with managing director, then an in-person with 2 managers. Overall not a very stressful interview process, plenty of opportunities to ask questions to different levels of management.

Interview
I received an invitation to join an intro recruiter call shortly after submitting my application. The process went through a fairly typical set of rounds: call with a Recruiter, call with a Hiring Manager, and an on-site panel. I visited the Crexi office and met with 9 team members over the course of 4 hours. Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and engaging. My conversations with some of the more senior level team members were especially fluid where it felt more like they were treating me interacting with a business partner rather than grilling a potential new hire.
Even though I didn't receive an offer, I was very pleased with the overall process. The Crexi team was transparent and efficient in their communication, and I would be happy to both apply for future roles and recommend others to do so without hesitation.
