      Hyperion Analyst Interview

      22 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CRH (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2012

      Interview

The interview process was pretty standard as far as 30 minute blocks of time scheduled to meet with 5-6 people. Everyone gave a background of what they did for the company and mainly tried to get a feel for my personality more than my experience and background.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There was a review of previous employers, but not much they could tell me about the role. They had absolutely no idea what skill-set they were looking for. A lot of the descriptions regarding the role were very vague. They just wanted someone mold-able.
