I only had behavioral interview so far and it went well. It was a little shorter than 30 minutes but I was first asked if I had any questions for my interviewer, the recruiter, then she asked me questions.
3 rounds: Phone call with HR, video chat with the Vice President of Engineering, technical with a panel of engineers including two engineers and one current co-op. Interview process changed since I interviewed, now includes an online assessment at the first step as well.
A great experience with a warm, welcoming team. Everyone was kind and each interview felt conversational rather than scripted. You could feel that they were engaged and proud of the work they're doing, and that culture was a pride point for the whole organization.
