After 3 stages of interviews, including F2F presentation I was ghosten by the company. At the last stage I was invited to do a strategic presentation (for a director level) which I didn’t have a chance to present and was asked BAU questions about setting CI/ CD pipelines. I knew I won’t get an offer when during the presentation regarding strategic topic one of interviewers said “you though about it more than anyone in this company”. I interviewed for a director level so if they treat like this senior candidates I prefer not to think what treatment junior get.
