Interview
Entry through their own test or CAT (>90 percentile). You will be first called for a group discussion which is an elimination round. Candidates who pass that round are further called for the personal interview.
Basic finance understanding, even though you're not from a finance background, they expect you to have some interest towards finance. They test the same in your interview, which is not very long.

Online aptitude test, then GD then PI. It's a elimination process at all rounds. Candidates should clear all round candidates should have strong will to work and have a ambitious mindset to achieve heights in the organisation.
