CRISPR Therapeutics interview questions

Everyone on the team is based outside of Massachusetts and works remotely full-time. The hiring manager only comes in once or twice a month. None of this was communicated by the recruiter, hiring manager, or skip-level manager beforehand. I only learned the full details during the on-site interview. If I accept the position, I will be the only one working on-site. The entire interview process left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The interview process took 3 hours long with management from various departments that collaborate with this role. The interview was mostly manageable but expect to answer the technical questions as well as provide a breakdown of previous processes from your previous employments as examples.
