Interview
It was very surprising experience. I have applied via job ad. Two weeks after, i got a schedule for an interview. Instead of standard set of questions in regards to my education and previous experience, i was served with a coffee and given an empty office with a computer.
I got a peace of paper with some very tight industry related technical problems to resolve. They told me i may use help of internet and google, or whatever i prefer in order to come up with a solution.
They were very friendly and told me there is no time limit - as well as free pizza if i get hungry.
I spent about 2 hours, and got back with a solutions. After that we spent about 30 minutes introducing with staff members. They told me, i will be informed about outcome in a week, no matter what the decision will be.
4 days after, i got official offer for a position of junior system administrator - which i accepted.

Question 1
The whole approach was unexpected. They don't seems to look at CV at all. Just test your ability to find a solution for problems you was never dealing before, with an explanation " This is why we are an equal opportunity employer". We don't discriminate by education level, or work experience - manager said as a joke.
