Got a call from HR a day after I applied to confirm my work authorization and availability. Next, the hiring manager contacted and described the work, goals, etc. This followed a panel interview with a few senior managers/ executives. Questions were mostly around experience listed in resume and personality/ preferences.

Describe the dimensionality reduction methods you used in your previous company?

Interview
Resume was forwarded thru school, was called in for an interview. Interviewed in a panel with 3 of their employees. Was a straight-forward interview, the interview took about 45 minutes to complete and after was a personality assessment on a computer with some behavioral style questions. The whole process was quite easy and pleasant, I enjoyed interviewing with this company.
