Contacted by assistant and met by phone with 2 individuals. Interview was fine - questions were typical though there were a lot for a phone interview since there were 2 people. It didn't feel like a phone screen; it was a long interview. Unfortunately no one ever followed up to tell me I was not going further in the process! Very unprofessional.

Email thanking me for applying and indicating that I had been selected for a phone screening with the HR director. I chose a time and the HR director called. Lasted 15 minutes tops.
