One on one interview with a manager. Generalized personality questions. Sitting in a conference room across the table from a manager. After that maanager.. interviewed with assistant manager. Decision was made nearly on the spot. They have a NEED for medical associates and this drove the interview... but a positive impression is singly what it takes.

Simple and previous nursing experience is very helpful. Was able to complete a shadowing experience to better understanding expectations of the role. Must be able to understand the process of following the guidelines for donation process.

Quick and easy. Basic interview questions. Was able to negotiate salary. Pleasant interviewer. Only one interview. No shadowing. Ability to ask questions. Was told about companies purpose and history. Seemed to value my expertise.

Hiring involves a lot of training before doing the actual job, which takes more than 2 weeks. This causes the high turnover rate. You also do a scavenger hunt around tbe facility so you are aware of all of the other departments. You get assigned a locker.
