      Information Technology Leadership Program Interview

      30 Jan 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Jacksonville, FL
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CSX (Jacksonville, FL) in Dec 2011

      Interview

Process started with an on-campus interview where I was interviewed by two people and mostly asked questions about experience on my resume. That led to an on-site interview, which began with dinner the night before with employees from the company. The interview the next day included presentation of a case study that had been emailed about a week earlier. Presentation went smoothly, basic questions about content of my slides were asked. After the case study, two one on one interviews followed where I was asked fairly basic questions about my experiences, both from the technical and behavioral side. Process concluded with lunch at a nearby restaurant.
