Interview
Apply online, wait for follow up emails and be ready for an interview. Pretty good about making sure you can fit it in your schedule and give plenty of notice to get ready for the interview. Once the interview is complete, they’ll tell you if your file is going to get forwarded to the hiring management team. Then you wait again for the follow up interviews.

Previous job experience in a safety sensitive environment is asked about heavily. What experience do you have?
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

Interview
The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
