Contacted through email for skills test, didn't take it for a week then I got another email reminding me to take it (wasn't spam). Took the test, they said time doesn't factor into my score that much, so I took extra time and made a nice video. 2 weeks later no follow up. Good little challenge though - had my fun.

Very innovative process. Simple and effective questions. I had to answer to a few questions like previous work experience, my favorite hobbies, why I am the right fit etc. There were also some HR Questions as well.

The interview process consisted of written questions and video questions. It was pretty easy and the video questions were just basically about why you should be hired and to tell more about yourself.
