I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
You apply online and they ask you to fill out a followup application. If they like the answers, you are then asked to do a one-way video interview, and then there is a final interview.
I got to the video interview stage and was informed I would hear back either way and never heard a peep. I found it rude and felt like I wasted my time doing a video interview. It didn't lend any credence to their position within the marketing industry and I would have difficulty recommending any clients I know to them because it showed bad customer service.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your experience.
What do you know about working with clients?
Are you looking to work remotely or in office?
What is your salary range?
Getting the interview was pretty quick and a good experience. But it took 8 months for them to actually offer me the job. That seems to be a common experience for many people I've spoken to.
It was an online questionnaire with multiple mock scenarios. I found it impossible to complete in the time allotted, but doing the best and the most you can should be enough.

Question 1
They provided a scenario asking how you would respond in a professional email.
Interview process is lengthy, there are a few steps to take before an official interview but I guess the process is necessary for the screening process and to receive the best candidates.
