One HireVue followed by two rounds of online interviews with current full-time colleagues in the General Management Development Program and the program directors. The interview and hiring process moved fast, in my case, which was nice and those coordinating the interviews were helpful in answering questions.

CVS retail stores got rid of selling tobacco products. While there is a large market for tobacco products, how did this change align with CVS's core values and heart at work principles?
Pretty easy, hirevue and two rounds of interviews with current employees. Questions were pretty standard and easy and felt pretty confident. Very nice interviewers and answered all of my questions.

Interview
The process was very streamlined with open channels of communication with recruiters and managers. However, the last stage took longer to schedule due to conflicts in timing. Other than that, you didn't have to wait long to receive status updates.
