Interview
I met with both the pharmacy manager and the staff pharmacist on two separate days. they as me what skills did I already possess that could help me be a good fit for this job. They also asked me if I would be okay working in a high stress environment that was constantly high pace. They needed to know if I would crack under the pressure. Last but not least they needed to know would I come to work ontime because minutes are precious in the pharmacy.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
