I have never felt like I was being attacked in an interview before I want to CVS Caremark. I left knowing that I would not want to work there or for the hiring manager

Good, easy questions and a mission to help people are great. The person was nice and very casual. The recuirters are not good I did not enjoy that part of the process.

Why do you want to work for CVS?
Several rounds with a board interview each round. Took about 4 rounds before offer was made. The process could have been trimmed down to 2 or 3 rounds as several of the rounds were repetitive. Didn’t see the need for the long process.
1. HR screening
2. Interview with finance director
3. Interview with finance manager and team
The interview questions were about focused on experience and specific questions to see if experience and current skill set applies to the job.
