Interview
After an on-line assessment a recruiter for CVS scheduled a phone screening. The next step was a 45 minute virtual iHire interview in which the position was described thoroughly and questions were asked about past job experiences, mistakes made from which I learned, and about difficult work situations I was able to manage.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Interview
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
