I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health in Jun 2021
Interview
Job tryout testing consists of answering a series of pointed questions over & over. The most prevalent questions being about “unexcused work absences” (whatever that is) and how comfortable you are being “closely monitored by a supervisor “. Obviously a very micromanaged job position.
3 interviews and no updates, i felt good about the interview up until i worked with the district manager. i waited three weeks to hear something back after i was reassured ill here back from hr by the end of the week of the interview. i did not hear back about the job until i did the survey for the interview.

Interview
It was very fast and easy. You send in your resume and you get an invite for a zoom call so you can see each other during the interview process. Very standard interview questions.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this company?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health (Tucson, AZ) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process took a whopping 2 months. I interviewed over the phone twice and over Webex once. There was very little communication along the way. I was supposed to start and then wasn’t told until 3 days prior they pushed my date back a month. Everyone was really nice, but there was no organization and still isn’t during my training period. I was also under the impression I’d be hired on as a certified Pharmacy technician, however once I got to training I saw I was hired on as a pharmacy service representative and I can’t transfer for another 6 months to which is kind of a bummer. It’s work from home, which is fabulous but also really difficult when they’re as disorganized as they are.
