took awhile to get an interview but it was a fairly straightforward process for a social work case manager position. Started with a phone screen, then an interview with a manager. Offer was received within one week of final interview.

Interview
It was a screening by telephone to determine knowledge of resources and basic qualifications, comfort with telephone triage and paperless recording. I was at my home and the screener was in Michigan.
