I was sent a virtual interview to respond via video recording. A couple weeks later I interviewed with a recruiter that set me up with the managers to interview. It was a panel interview and the questions were easy.

While this department does hire from outside the company, I would say about 80% of positions are filled internally. Experience in different aspects of the company is highly valued, be it medical claims or customer care. Client support is closely tied to the account management team and is a great transitional position to get into higher ones.
