The interview is fairly simple, they'll ask you to tell them about yourself out the resume as well as customer interactions and how you handle various customers. If you use the STAR method you'll do fine. Remember to speak confidently and keep your hands forward.

I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
