You apply online, when a Pharmacy Manager needs a new employee they reach out into their application database to review all the applicants and they pick one, they will call you and leave a voicemail if you don't answer, you call them back to schedule an interview, interview happens and then they schedule you if they like you.

Tell me of a time you dealt with a situation where you had to multi-task.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
