The interview process is with the pharmacy manager. You should dress professionally. it usually last 30-45 minutes. they usually give an answer in 1-2 days. CVS will also pay for your certification so you it's okay if you do not have previous experience.

basic questions such as how do you work in hectic environment, able to learn quickly, school and behavior questions.
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
