CVS Health Senior Program Manager interview questions

My initial interview was with the recruiter. After several weeks without follow‑up from CVS, I reached out to express my continued interest. Shortly after, I interviewed with the hiring manager, who explained that he would narrow the field to two finalists. Those finalists would then interview with two members of his team, with a decision expected within days. I was pleased to be scheduled for that final round, and both interviewers reiterated the same next steps. Unfortunately, it has now been over two weeks since that third and final interview, and I have received no communication from CVS/Aetna. I emailed the recruiter more than a week ago and have not received a response. After participating in three interviews and being told a decision was imminent, the lack of follow‑up is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Candidates deserve timely communication and respect throughout the process.
