Interview
I originally get in touch with CWI Software through their website. After a couple of days, one recruiter contacted me on my email, inviting me for an interview.
On the interview, I did a C test on paper followed by a conversation with the technical manager and HR.

Question 1
The C test had some code samples and asked some questions about it. Overall it was a well written test, even though it was on paper.
Inscrição via LinkedIn, e entrevista inicial via Teams, do qual transcorreu tranquilamente e profissionalmente, porém não houve feedback e muito menos retorno, apenas ignore por parte dos recrutadores, devido a isso a experiência é negativa.

Na época eles estavam precisando bastante de desenvolvedores, então o processo foi muito rápido e tranquilo. Depois de uma ligação logo após já marcaram uma entrevista técnica simples e realizaram a contratação.
